The Kings Arms Pub, situated in the heart of Bowness on Solway,
Cumbria. Located at the western end of Hadrian's Wall, 15 miles
along the Solway Coast from Carlisle. This is an Area of Outstanding
Natural Beauty (AONB) and is a cyclist, walkers and Bird-watchers
paradise.

The King’s Arms is the ideal base to explore the treasures
of the Solway Coast and the Hadrian’s Wall National Trail.
The Wall snakes 84 miles from Bowness on Solway to Wallsend, Newcastle.
Many people end or start the walk in Bowness using the Kings Arms
as a base.

Our fresh salmon is caught direct from the Solway by local haaf
netters and carefully prepared before being brought straight to
your table.
